The project is implemented under contract BG05M9OP001-1.023-0069-C01, with funding from the European Social Fund through the Human Resources Development Operational Program 2014-2020 and implementation period of 12 months.
Project value: BGN 129,508.50, of which BGN 129,508.50 grants, incl. ESF expenditure amounting to BGN 129,508.50.
The main objective is to increase the entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and skills and support to start a real and viable business of the target group representatives - 58 persons: unemployed, inactive or working, incl. young people up to 29 years old (50%), women, people with disabilities, people in active age who want to start their own business.
Objectives:
Preparation of representatives of the target groups from 10 municipalities in the Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad regions, willing to develop their own business, for planning and starting independent economic activity and self-employment through informing and motivating;
Providing a set of training and consulting services to assist participants in developing and assessing their entrepreneurial ideas, acquiring knowledge and skills needed for business management and business development, and developing business ideas in viable plans to realize real business activity in 10 municipalities from Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad regions;
Providing practical support for starting a real business activity and finding suitable sources of funding, practical assistance for registration and business development.
How do we achieve them: 10 entrepreneurship and business planning training in groups of 5 to 10 participants and consultancy in the regions of Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad in 10 municipalities Rila, Kocherinovo, Blagoevgrad, Razlog, Bansko, Yakoruda, Gotse Delchev, Garmen, Hadzhidimovo and Sandanski.
The training will be a proven practice in the field of acquiring knowledge and practical skills for starting a business with qualified trainers with more than 10 years of entrepreneurial experience. Self-employment counseling is based on an individual approach, joint concrete steps in developing the business idea, and precise business planning, as well as seeking the most appropriate funding opportunities.
Main activities: informing and motivating future successful entrepreneurs from the target groups in 10 municipalities in the regions of Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad, practical training in entrepreneurship and business planning and consulting.
Expected results:
Informed 300 representatives of the target groups, institutions and organizations working in their support and local communities about the benefits of the project.
150 persons included in information-motivation forums with an interest in independent economic activity, from which to choose 58 with the greatest potential and motivation for self-employment and own business.
58 people trained with knowledge and skills to start and manage a successful business, of which 95% have successfully completed.
2100 consulting hours, including practical support for business registration, business plan development, search for the most appropriate funding opportunities.
25% of those who participated in training and counseled to find work, including self-employment.
