The main object of the progject is increasing the local authority capacity in Southwestern Bulgaria.

Goals of the project are related to enhancing professional knowledge and skills of employees in municipal administrations; qualification of councilors and effectiveness of municipal councils; increase transparency in the actions of local authorities; realization of lobbying and advocacy initiatives to resolve the current municipal problems; support sustainable development processes of the Southwestern region.
