The aim of this project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of local authorities to deliver services efficiently and dialogue with the central government and institutions.

The project objectives are: to encourage dialogue between legislative and local government - meetings between the municipal government and MPs from the region; between municipal officials and representatives of various ministries and agencies; To ensure timely information flow between municipal and regional administration; to create inter-institutional structures for solving problems related to sustainable development of the region - development of opinions on draft proposals for changes in the legal framework and partnership agreements between central and local government.
