The Association of South-Western Municipalities is pleased to invite representatives of the municipal administration and municipal voluntary formation to participate in the first training module of the project "Cross-Border Cooperationi n Forest Fire Fighting", co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg - IPA CBC Programme between the Republic of Bulgaria - Republic of North Macedonia CCI No. 2014TC16I5CB006.

The aim of the training is to increase the capacity of the members of the transboundary partnership network to prevent and mitigate the consequences of natural and human-caused disasters with transboundary measurement and impact, with a focus on forest fires.

The training will take place on 29 - 30.09.2022 /Thursday and Friday/ in the Conference Hall of the Vihren Palace Hotel, Bansko, 2 Pere Toshev Street.

This is the first module of the training program for the following project, and the dates for the remaining modules are:

13 - 14.10.2022 - Second training module, Bulgaria;

03 - 04.11.2022 - Third training module, Bulgaria;

10 - 11.11.2022 - Fourth training module, North Macedonia;

24 - 25.11.2022 – Fifth training module, North Macedonia;

28 - 29.11.2022 - Sixth training module, North Macedonia.

The trainings are part of the project "Cross-Border Cooperation in Forest Fire Fighting", co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg - IPA CBC Programme between the Republic of Bulgaria - Republic of North Macedonia CCI No. 2014TC16I5CB006.
